Draw Secret Santa without the hat

Add names, set a budget, and send each person their own private link.

The draw runs in your browser — we never see the names.

6 people

Shouldn’t draw each other (couples, siblings)
Add everyone and tap “Draw names”.

Add everyone, set a budget and an optional exchange date, and mark pairs who shouldn’t draw each other — couples, siblings, flatmates. Nobody draws themselves, and every name is drawn exactly once.

Each person gets a private link that shows only who they’re buying for. The matches are never displayed to you, so the organiser can play too. Send the links on WhatsApp and you’re done.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add the players

One name per line. Set the budget and date so everyone knows the rules.

  2. 2

    Add exclusions

Pick pairs who shouldn’t get each other. The draw respects them in both directions.

  3. 3

    Draw and send links

Tap Draw, then send each person their own link by WhatsApp or copy it. They tap to reveal their match.

FAQ

How private is it?

Each link contains that person’s match, so anyone who opens it can see it — send each link only to its owner. We don’t store the draw or the names.

Can I play if I run the draw?

Yes. Matches are never shown on screen, so just don’t open anyone else’s link.

Can couples be kept from drawing each other?

Yes — add them as an exclusion pair. If the exclusions make a draw impossible, the tool tells you.

Do players need an account?

No. They open the link and tap Reveal. Nothing to install or sign up for.

What if I draw again?

You get a new set of links, and the old ones no longer match the new draw. Tell everyone to use the new ones.
